I believe it's either UAZ or Harvester, however you can replace it with any vehicle model by simply changing the file name.

They aren't in the air. Probably some textures are missing so it might appear there is nothing in that area. I suggest you to reinstall these textures and also install SilentPatch.

Author said it's a regular enb which means its probably medium level. You require somewhere around 1gb of graphic ram. However you can always turn off shadows and reflection if you have low specs to be able to run it.
