Yea, It mostly occurs due to conflict of mods. All mods don't work together well for everyone. Try uninstalling the mod one-by-one and then find the cause of crash.

I never played MTA:SA so I can't confirm about it. Since it's similar to SA:MP, it might work.

If you download mods which are very old then the language is only in russian. But the recent mods all come in English and Russian language. This website started as an Russian site and evolved into International site. Most of the mod authors/uploaders are from russian speaking nations.

You need to have right CLEO version for the mod to run properly.

Then you will have a folder named sysWOW32. (mine is 64-bit OS). You need to download d3dx9_43 from dllfixer.

For few ENB's there's a setting in enbseries.ini where you can specify if you want to run it in windowed mode or not. Just change [windowed mode] = 0 to 1.

Don't use such mods in SA-MP. Few admins might ban you. There are incidents when few people got banned just for modifying ped.ifp.

With this program, You can only find the IDs of vehicles and weapons available ingame. If you wish to know the IDs of interiors or objects, I would recommend you to download MapEditor for GTA SA.

You need to install CLEO for additional features of this model like the airbrake. Which CLEO? The author has not specified that.
