Nope, it doesnt work since in SA-MP, weapon speed is server sided.

A cleo is basically an .asi file. You need cleo.asi in order for .cs files to work.

Use manual install instead of autoinstaller. Then put the manually downloaded files inside modloader.

All files on our website are clean. Sometimes few AV's trigger false positives. Just whitelist it.

It works but It will trigger a ban on the server you are playing so avoid using it. Only use it in "Cheating allowed" servers.

There are lots of mods in this pack so some of them might conflict with others and cause crashes. Just install 1 mod at a time and see if they work properly before installing the rest.

You need to learn 3DS Max in order to create your own custom skins. Just search about it on youtube some tutorials. You will find plenty.

It's difficult. You gotta decompile the cleo file using sanny builder, then edit the keycode for the key you wanted to change.
