Mods for GTA 3: Page 61

A slight modification that modifies the file timecyc.dat, which is responsible for the weather in the game. My goal was to highlight the bleak atmosphere of Liberty City.

In this version, more attention was paid to the sunny weather. It added more saturated colors, the sky does not seem pale now.

Modification is part of a larger project-GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

This MOD adds a real timecyc.dat of the beta version of GTA III. All changes in this fashion you can see in the video.

The Svobodograd returned to the Sun! After the prolonged rainy season, when fog reduced visibility to zero and dark clouds were not allowed into the city a single ray of light-after all these hardships again flaunts the Sun over Svobodogradom in all its splendor.

Upgrading from a previous version. This time, fixed some bugs, replaced by about 80% of all effects. They all have good quality and high resolution.

Fixed bug with texture of rain.
