Mods for GTA 3: Page 62

A slight modification that modifies the file timecyc.dat, which is responsible for the weather in the game. My goal was to highlight the bleak atmosphere of Liberty City. Changed all settings as yet, but the basic replaced exactly.

In this version, more attention was paid to the sunny weather. Other weather conditions were removed inappropriate sunlight glare. Also, the draw distance was changed, but, based on the difference of the weather conditions, each drawing its own range.
