The iconic American full-size car produced by Chevrolet as a 1958 to 1985, from 1994 to 1996 and from 2000 onwards. This model is the fifth generation of the Impala series.

From 1965 to 1985 Impala was priced at an intermediate position between the luxury modifikacej Chevrolet Caprice and affordable Chevrolet Bel Air and Biscayne.

By the mid-1980 's, the Impala in demand mainly from takosomotornyh companies and the police. In 1985, the production car under this designation was dropped.
