ENB for GTA 4

Removes the gray-green filter and improves saturation.

This ENB is considered one of the best for GTA 4, designed EXCLUSIVELY for version 1.0.4.0 EN. Stable operation of the game on versions 1.0.7.0 and 1.0.4.0. RU is not guaranteed.
Tested on:
I7 8700 4.2 Ghz 6/12;
RTX 2080 gainward phantom OC;
Kingston HyperX 8x2 2666 mhz.
The game resolution is 3840*2160. In 85% of cases, a stable 60 frames/sec, sometimes it drops to 45. Such results are quite good, given the terrible optimization of the game.

Mod adds a soft, bright picture with beautiful reflections and good lighting.
