This mod replaces the Police Cruiser's engine sounds, NOOSE Cruiser, Taxi (Declasse).

All the weapons in one list and around the player.
Hold Shift then press F1 to toggle All weapons mode.
When All Weapons Enable:
Hold Enter then press M: Show Help Content
Press 0-9: Select weapon slot
Roll Scroll Wheel: Select Weapon
Hold Right Shift+M: Toggle Quickly/Slowly Select Weapon

note:
Key 0 is shortcut key for Pickup Object (in case you have picked up Object) & Parachute (in case you don't have Pickup Object)

The ENB I tested for proper operation on a patch 1.0.7.0.
