IZH 27175 "Emergency Service" v2 for GTA San Andreas

What was done:
-Fixed rear door
-Made booth in the back
-Caused by remap "Emergency service"
-3D rooms
-Removed unnecessary extras
-Cut the size of the 3D model
-Fixed suspension
-Adapted lights and lights in the cabin
-"Welded" rear window
