New animations for GTA San Andreas

Features:
-No critical bugs.
-Works as a loner in the game and in multiplayer.
Collected for himself, decided to lay out. Based animation with LS-RP and Awesome IFP v. 3, replaced some animation on the standard.
P. S the author of animation on a LS-RP is not written.
