Food Eating Fix for GTA San Andreas

With this script the food is visible while CJ eats it.

Differences from other similar models:
- Works anywhere
- Works with animation, i.e. if CJ will play the animation of eating, the food will automatically appear in the hand, even if it plays any other modification
- There is a chicken leg model (replaces one of the unused in-game models)

What has changed:
Model chicken leg no longer replaces shotgun
- Added the model of the donut

Note: For the operation of the modification you must have installed Mod Loader.
