Missing icons (Missing icons) 2.0 for GTA San Andreas

As we know, developers are people too, and they also make mistakes or simply forget something.

This basic script fixes one bug developers: it adds 3 different icons on the map that the developers forgot to put.
This:
Rocking on the beach of Verona
- Diner in the village of Montgomery
- Barber in the village of El-Quebrados

Note, the icons are rocking disappear if you start any job. I forgot about it, and our newly-rocking icon will also disappear at the time of passage of missions.

Also all the icons disappear if you are near a save under the open sky.

If there are MORE icons that the developers forgot to put on the card, write, I will add.

Version 2.0
- Now the icons do not disappear near the save and stay saved. This approach is somewhat simpler. I provided a way to remove these icons from save to clear it: set in the configuration file NeedToClear 1. Then the icons will be deleted.
