Intake worker at Phoenix in GTA VC v1.01 for GTA San Andreas

Trivia - they are the little things...

In GTA VC at the legendary Pheonix (so it is recorded in the files of the game - the error is) was working intake. GTA SA Phoenix is also there, but the intake was inactive...

I decided to correct this misunderstanding.

Now the intake manifold on a Phoenix in GTA SA is also moving. Butterflies of the supercharger under acceleration will be "fluttering".

In version 1.01 added check whether there is in the game world the player. This is done to prevent departure.
