Alarm sound as in GTA 3 v 3.0 for GTA San Andreas

With this mod, those cars that have an alarm system will sometimes play a real alarm sound from GTA 3 when you steal them, not just the boring flashing lights and horns.
Version 2.0
- The alarm is now heard from the driverless cars standing peacefully in the Parking lot, when they are hit by a player with their car.
Version 2.1
- The script is noticeably simplified. The alarm can now be played with some probability for any vehicle that has an active alarm timer.
Version 3.0
- The alarm sound finally sounds at the volume that is set in the game settings. If you set the volume to low, then the alarm system will not scream loudly, but will be quiet accordingly.
- All previous versions are no longer supported.
