Working radars at airports as in GTA VC for GTA San Andreas

GTA VC had the same radars, only they had the ability to rotate. In GTA SA, they also exist, but now for some reason they are not active. This mod corrects this injustice.
The mod itself is simple, but very cumbersome in terms of installation, so read " Installation.txt", which is in the archive.
Changes after reallocation:
- Radar movements are now smoother.
- Played with textures for prevention. possible unknown problems.
Requires Mod Loader.
