Dealers carry drugs for GTA San Andreas

Now, when any drug dealer dies, an adrenaline pill will drop out, which you can safely pick up.
This feature was present in GTA San Andreas, but was removed from the final version of the game, because the plot of the game Carl Johnson is an ardent fighter against drugs, but you can see it in GTA Vice City.
