Difficult movement in the water for GTA San Andreas

Thanks to this mod, your movement in the water will be difficult, as in real life, and if you need to quickly overcome the water, you will have to press the "Space" button and jump.
Update from 13.03.2021:
- Now the animation starts when the water is up to your chest;
- Fixed a crash;
- Fixed a bug where the animation lasted forever.
