Melee weapon impact sound v. 1. 1 for GTA San Andreas

Now a melee weapon (bat, knife) will make its own sound if you hit a wall or a dumpster, for example.
Update from 21.03.2021:
- Adapts to weapons added without replacement;
- Added .INI files.
For the modification to work, in addition to the CLEO library, you need: the CLEOPlus plugin (CLEO ).
