Only Rainy Night for GTA San Andreas

Thanks to this CLEO script, the game will have eternal rain (Rainy SF), and the time will stop at 00:00. Unlike a similar script from FUKER-MAN, with this CLEO on SA-MP servers, when the weather/time changes, the weather will not change for a fraction of a second. Well, as you understand, CLEO works in SA-MP.
