Only Cloudly Weather for GTA San Andreas

Thanks to this CLEO script, the game will always have cloudy weather (Cloudy SF). The author of the original CLEO script: System.
Features:
- The full course of the time cycle (the 10:00 limit has been removed);
- Added cloudy weather;
- Unlike similar modifications, this one in SA-MP does not have a "jerk" when the weather changes on the server itself.
I recommend using it together with Atmosphere Simulation Timecyc v0.1 (Dark Static Shadow).
