Wheels Fix

This Fix is intended for anyone who puts all sorts of textures, models, etc., that leads to the dark wheels (from tuning). The CLEO script fixes this bug. Now what you would not have put the wheel they will always be bright.

My first script on the subject 7 different sites teleport in maps. Area 69 airport, CJ's House (where his brothers lived), mount čiliad.
Here is the code that you must enter in the game: bighouse, homecj, ciliad, zona69, dirtring, airport, aircraft. + 69 zone I set to "1"-bike.
