This Fix is intended for anyone who puts all sorts of textures, models, etc., that leads to the dark wheels (from tuning). The CLEO script fixes this bug. Now what you would not have put the wheel they will always be bright.
(Note: If you have a weak PC and pretty much installed mods that don't guarantee uptime). But try stands suddenly goes.
