CLEO scripts for GTA San Andreas with automatic installation: Page 227

CLEOPlus is an addition to the CLEO libraries, which allows you to give more freedom in writing CLEO scripts. This modification is necessary for some CLEO Scripts and ASI Plugins to work.
CLEO 4.4 is required to work, the mod does not work on earlier versions.

This mod makes evading police possible in San Andreas by avoiding getting sighted by cops and keeping a low profile. It also features advanced cop reactions and a shooting distraction system - with ideas from games like Hitman Absolution and GTA IV, keeping intact the original feel of the SA world

The mod replaces the cane with a skate, you can ride it, or use it as a weapon, just like it was in the BETA version.
Press TAB to take the skate in your hands, and continue to ride like on any transport to exit Enter.
It has its own icon, animations, and sounds.
The mod requires ModLoader, CLEO 4, and Open Limit Adjuster.

The mod changes the behavior of homeless people, as it was in the BETA version.
Now homeless people can randomly urinate and sit on the sidewalk.

The mod adds adrenaline capsules, similar to how it was in the BETA version. See screenshots with their exact location in all three cities.

The mod adds the ability to drink in bars as a BETA version.
Note:
-The drink costs $10 and will leave you drunk for a while.
- You can't drink while you're drunk.
-To have a drink, just enter the bar and stand in the red circle.
-You can also have a drink at the Lil'Probe' Inn.
All places where you can drink are marked on the radar.

This mod allows you to perform "Kill Madness" like in GTA 2.
Locations:
The First Madness: located on Grove Street.
The second madness: located in a cemetery in Los Santos. (Where Carl's mother is buried)
The third madness: located in an amusement park on a Pier in Los Santos.
Fourth Madness: Located in Blueberry, next to Ammunition.

The mod adds the sounds of shell casings falling.
This mod is made so that the sounds of the casings falling correspond to the environment.
The mod requires ModLoader and CLEO 4.

The mod will add the sounds of the winter wind, the sounds sound day and night.
