No Shadows

This modification fully disables shadows in the game. Even if you have the highest-quality effects, shadows will not.

Wheels Fix

This Fix is intended for anyone who puts all sorts of textures, models, etc., that leads to the dark wheels (from tuning). The CLEO script fixes this bug. Now what you would not have put the wheel they will always be bright.
