Winter Mod v2 for GTA San Andreas

Old, but still a great MOD, which replaces all the textures in the game for the winter. However, it is worth noting that the MOD works fully in SA-MP and on weak PC. The author, unfortunately, is not known.
Attention! Because the installer does not fit all the files, I have divided them into two, so to replace all textures in the game it is recommended to put the first part!
