Project Overhaul-Particles and Effects Final for GTA San Andreas

This is a global mod to replace the effects in the game. Textures are mostly drawn from Just Cause 3 and GTA V also supports most of the modifications that add new effects, for example: SnowFx, Anamorphic Lens Flares, IMFX. What is included in a global modification:-newly created vehicle.txd; -Delay effect turbocharger; -New texture effect of skidding car; -Two different variants of the raindrops on the car with the support of ImVehFt; Effect of burning cars from GTA IV; -New textures for ImVehFt; -HD grass; -Flying butterfly; -3D sound effects, fog, sandstorm, hurricane, snow, rain. Attention! There may be considerable subsidence FPS. Does not work in the SAMP.
