Cutscene Characters Textures Upscale for GTA San Andreas

This mod increases the texture size of the original characters from the cut scenes 4 times, which makes them more clear and smooth, and removes from them any more noises. Bonus sewn alternative higher quality texture csstew.

It's just redone with artificial intelligence PS2-texture skin and not redrawn from scratch, so do not expect any powerful effect. Mod is more for fans of the original game.
