Peds Upscale Textures for GTA San Andreas

This mod increases the texture size of the original peds 4 times, which makes them more clear and smooth, and removes from them any more noises.

It's just redone with artificial intelligence PS2-texture skin and not redrawn from scratch, so do not expect any powerful effect. Mod is more for fans of the original game.

Requires Mod Loader.
