HQLM 2.2 (HD Russian Licensed Plates) for GTA San Andreas

This mod will add HQ textures of headlights for all vehicles. It is necessary for the operation of new models.
Attention! If you are playing with "Improved Vehicle Features", disable the display of HD numbers in the file "ImVehFt.ini" by putting "1" in the line "SAMP_fix=" instead of "0" (path: GTA San Andreas\ImVehFt).
Note:
- I replaced the letters on the numbers and the number frames with Russian ones. This is done for those who want to add a model with SA numbers to an assembly with models where there are models with Russian numbers. It certainly doesn't look perfect, but still.
Requires "Mod Loader" and "ModdedSAA" (for SA-MP).
