ENBSeries (v0.0.75) with completely disabled effects, except for water. White glare on transport is also removed. It works on weak PCs and in SA-MP (SAMP Graphic Restore is required). I recommend using it with Improved ParticleTXD.

Beautiful ENB for medium and powerful PCs.
It vaguely resembles DirectX 3.0, which has not yet been released.
