Replacement of the old cursor to new

Replacing a standard cursor in me and on the map on the cursors from games Skyrim

It's very simple and fresh ENB, which was made by Oskardzianas, not me. But I want to share it, because it's dwindling. I think, some people would want to download this ENB, if their computers are slow. This ENB is for low PC. No timecyc, DoF/effects, no additional stuff, just only fresh mid-intensity reflection.
