High-quality radar icons from the Android/iOS version of the game. The only thing I changed was the sight to the one that was in GTA III, Vice City and GTA IV.

Corrected texture of umbrellas (canopies). I forgot to add it to SRT3, so I'm reloading with the installation via Mod Loader so that you can combine Los Santos retextures (SRT3, 4ever or GTA IV Los-Santos Retextured and others) with this fix.
