Corrected Ragdoll Mod from Vladion Prorock for GTA San Andreas

This MOD adds to the game Ragdoll!
With these mod people will fall, "summoned"

FIX:
People now are not shaking like a rag under tension
-Now the Ragdoll wakes more summoned
-Now the protagonist wakes up not to fall under the map
-Now Ragdol does not depend on ped.ifp

Bugs:
-Sometimes the Ped can fly somewhere
-Sometimes (when a large number Pedov) can sit FPS

So far all the bugs that I have found.
