Improved file carcols.dat by Vexillum for GTA San Andreas

Description:
This mod improves the color gamut of traffic through my changes in the file carcols.dat!

Features fashion:
1. Color customized absolutely all types of transport-air, Moto and bicycle transport, boats, trains, police cars!
2. taxi besides the yellow colour is now more!
3. Ambulances now have four options for coloring of the body!

Note:
This modification is made at the request of the user MAPATplay.
