Description:
GTA San Andreas-great game, but it has some problems. This small plugin is addressed to more than one of them.
It focuses on correcting errors on your PC, as in the PS2 version of the game.
Fixes in this plugin:
* Frame delay 14 Ms removed. As a result, the game is now locked on the 30 FPS instead of 25 FPS
* More accurate frame limiter, slightly reducing the joists, playing with included Frame Limiter
* Timers games now marked a more accurate way, that makes them not handle hung when the frame rate exceeds 1000 FPS
in the second; In other words, this fixes random lockups when the gradual disappearance of if the game with the frame limiter disabled
* Mouse must not be blocked randomly when you exit the menu on new systems more
* Sensitivity of the vertical axis of the mouse now corresponds to the sensitivity on the horizontal axis

* NUM5 can now be mapped (as in 1.01)
* You can now choose the resolution 16:9 (as in version 1.01)

* Now the subtitle text sizes and radio can be switched between the original version and the updated version of Steam
