VehFuncs v0.8.3 for GTA San Andreas

This ASI plugin is only required for modifications adapted to it, if you do not have this plugin adapted for modification then the mod will not be displayed correctly, for example in the model of auto for example there is only one wheel that will not function properly, etc.
