The colors of the vehicles from GTA Vice City for GTA San Andreas

Copied the color palette from GTA VC. Suitable for those who are tired of the usual colors.
In traffic, all the colors are adequate, i.e. there is no such thing that any acid-green cars will drive along the streets.
About the police: I did not make it green like in GTA VC because it ruins the atmosphere of the game, and it doesn't look so good.
