RunDLL32.exe Fix (Update 27.10.2020) for GTA San Andreas

I think almost everyone has encountered such a problem when the game does NOT start, but its process is still displayed in the task manager.
This ASI plugin is quite old, but the well-known modmaker Junior_Djjr decided to figure out what it is and how to solve this problem.
Quote from his website:
"Obviously, this only happens in older games and is connected to the Internet . Probably because Windows is looking for information about updating the game, but does not know what to do with it."
- "When loaded, it becomes a rundll32exefix.asi file (which can be installed in GTA or any other game with Ultimate ASI Loader ), which closes the process "rundll32.exe" when opening the game".
To work, you need a Mod Loader (despite the fact that it is an ASI plugin. So it is written in the Readme file).
