Garbage on the roads like in GTA 3 or GTA VC for GTA San Andreas

I present to your attention the garbage mod that you saw in GTA 3 or GTA VC.
You've also seen it in GTA Underground fashion.
This is a complete and better alternative to the Goldfish and TrushinVlad scripts.
Ported using RE3.

Reaction to weather and wind
If you shoot the trash, it will disappear
Reaction to passing cars and bikes.
What I plan to change and add
Add opcode to on and off garbage
The archive has two files RubbishSA(transparent).asi and RubbishSA(not transparent).asi
The first is with transparent garbage, and the second is with opaque garbage.
Choose what you like best.
My changes:
I put the garbage textures in a separate file "rubbishSA.txd"
Added more garbage from other games HD newspaper Elvis and BITE
Removed transparency (if you want transparency, select the version in the folder "RubbishSA(transparent)")
Garbage can be turned on or off via debugmenu, if you have it.

Fixed a bug when garbage appeared in interiors.

Slightly increased the size of some garbage
Garbage textures are now in the rubbishSA.txd file in order to avoid conflict with others.txd with an identical name.

An error window has been added, in case you don't have rubbishSA.txd in the models folder. Made so that there would be no questions like "help with this mod". There's just 1 reason for the crash - There is no TXD.
Fixed crash when you exit the game before you even logged in to the game.
Added garbage from PS2 GTA Vice City
Fixed the flickering of opaque garbage
Now .asi can be installed in any way (for example, asi in modloader or in the scripts folder) without departure with the reason absent .txd file. but rubbishSA.txd should still be in the models folder.
A bug was fixed when the garbage was visible through the walls when you wear a jetpack and when it was not visible through the windows of the car.
I am ready to hear your suggestions about this mod, for example, to add or change something.
