VehFuncs v2.4 for GTA San Andreas

ASI plugin "VehFuncs" - allows you to expand the number of "Extras" that a transport model can have.
Also, thanks to this mod, the adapted models have their own engine, muffler, and so on. However, if the author of the model adapted it to "VehFuncs".
"Extra" - additional elements on the transport model. For example, you have installed a Mazda RX-7 model. With this mod, one model can be either in stock configuration, or with new disks or with a full bodykit.
The work requires:
- "gta_sa.exe 1.0 US";
- "CLEO 4.4.4";
- "CLEO v1.2.0".
