Fixed main.scm for Criminal Russia for GTA San Andreas

I decided to clean up the crime folder, deleted cleo.asi and the game crashed. The problem was in main.scm.
In the factory main.scm of the criminal in this file, a link was sewn to the manhunt-style knife killing mod, which I deleted, and it was also dependent on cleo.asi. It's all deleted and now the game works without cleo and that mod, maybe someone needs it.
