Winter pack (Low PC) for GTA San Andreas

Pak which involves fashion which transform the state of San Andreas in the winter, and the Christmas atmosphere.
Fully working in SAMP and in single player, perfect for weak PC, I decided to include fashion to prevent missing textures, so that problems should arise.
