This MOD will add the game sunstroke. The more you walk under the hot blazing sun, the more chance to get it. Will get dizzy, then walking becomes more difficult, then begins to get dark in the eyes and then Cj may lose consciousness. This was not usually swim in the water and don't go on a hot Beach without special clothing.
