Now, when you press the "P" (Eng) CJ will lay dynamite.
As I said, the dynamite will be working the arrow. The timer is designed for 12 seconds, the arrow is following him. And once the timer is set to 0, and 12-arrow will burst. Dynamite can lay anywhere.
