Decided to make a second version of the modification of Rain mod.
Now the player will get wet in rainy weather and lose health.
To avoid this, you can use umbrella or hide under the roofs, bridges and shelters. this version has been fixed some bugs and added animation.

For 2-nd HD Pak weapons which I fixed a couple of bugs and changed some of the weapons the better model.
In this version:
1. changed phone Smartphone ifruit main character.
2. now gas grenade in his hand the character.
3. added more weapons from the GTA V.
