C-HUD GTA Vice City by Samphack (crow edit)

Description of crow:
I redid the program Interface Editor "HUD from the author Samphack.
Review:
-The position of the icons the HUD-a (steady location)
-Removed nickname Samphack, instead of hours.
-Zvedochki blue original (GTA Vice City)
-Changed the text in the file fonts.dat. (pink color)
-Icons of weapons is not replaced, there is only the fist icon.

Made a small retekstur:
-Did the inscription on the t-shirt (before was completely black t-shirt).
-Put the mask on the face of the character
