Alteration made by the user of this modification, specifically, at my request, whose main objective — the correction of the defect with the wheels when installed ASI-plugin "SilentPatch". Also, in addition to the original extras (concrete blocks, wood, empty), added some Russian numbers with different regions: 51RUS — Murmansk oblast, 52RUS — Nizhny Novgorod oblast, 26 — Stavropol Krai. The model is adapted to IVF. Working in SA:MP.
