Lower prices

Mod replaces the high prices in the game for a more humane and believable. For example, in the barbershop, You won't have to pay 200-500 bucks for a haircut! So the same reduced prices in a tattoo parlor and gun shops. Fast-food prices left as is, so they are quite reasonable. Prices exhibited randomly.
