"The great khans" is a bloodthirsty group of bandits-professionals. Consists of the most notorious and bloodthirsty thugs in the Area. Have significant military power. Leave behind only ashes and piles of corpses. Neutral only to the "Black slugs" with the rest of them lead a bloody fight. Use the different weapons. In the Arsenal they have a couple of rare experimental exoskeletons that they stole from the military and slightly remade for themselves.
