With this mod, the rain will look much better than the standard one (the CLEO script removes the rain noise).
From myself, I can say that this CLEO is really beautiful.
Firstly, now the rain does not consume FPS, and secondly, now the rain has become very beautiful and realistic.

Some mods, such as Tuning Mod, Real Traffic, Fix, Steering (Active Dashboard) and others, have a problem: Due to certain features of these mods, Windows eventually blocks them using the so-called DEP (Data Execution Prevention).
This ASI plugin solves this problem by disabling DEP when starting the game.

This CLEO script will add a dynamic overview if you lower the camera down, as in GTA IV/V.
To work, you need CLEOPlus (CLEO ).

This CLEO script allows you to shoot from vehicles as well as in GTA IV/V.
Features:
- In order to start shooting, just click on the sight button.
- Use Q and E to change weapons.
- There is support for Ginput (gamepads).
- You can only shoot with pistols, semi-automatic weapons and rifles. No miniguns or rocket launchers.
- New animations are included (they do not replace the character animations, i.e. the ped.ipf file).
For the mod to work, you need a Mod Loader.
